I have the same item in the indigo colour which I purchased in store. This item is not the same at all. My original bottoms do not pinch and the roll over waistband lies perfectly smooth. No "muffin top" at all. My other bottoms have tons of stretch. These barely stretch. I'd say more like a size 0. I guess they've changed how they make these, and it's not as nice. Too bad
