I love this bathing suit top. It holds my "girls" in securely without constantly having to adjust it.So first let me say that is does fit, I’m 5’7 190 with 40ddd/f boobs. I bought the 22 and it fit perfect. No side boob, under boob, ever thing is where it should be. BUT the padding is HORRIBLE and they are SEWN IN. With no option to remove you’re stuck with these triangle cutouts about three times smaller than your actual breast sticking out like sore thumb. Why would they not line THE WHOLE cup!?! Anyway, it looks dumb but it fits so the search for the perfect large top continues.Fits well. Provides coverage and support for larger breasts. Is really cute on. I love the double hooks on the back around the rib cage. I will have this altered to have the halter style top ties turned into straps that go over my shoulders. I have a lot of difficulty with halter type ties around my neck. My neck has to support way too much weight to be comfortable for longer than 10 minutes.The top and lining is great. The only thing I do not like about this is the band under the bust line. With my chest it doesn't lay flat and looks loose and wrinkled. I still like it though.Fits nicely and comfy. I'm a 38DD.I was worried this would not hold me in, but I was impressed with how it supported me!!I am a DDD and it fits very well. There is just enough flex in the and the straps to hold you but not smother you. I bought this to wear under a sundress, but it fit so well, I bought a entire swimsuit from the same vendor.My package came on time. I order a size 18. That's what I normally would have worn. I could have gotten a 16 or maybe a 14. I'm a 42 DD 6ft 1in tall. I'm bottom-heavy but my top is small. So yes I'm sending it back for smaller size
