I'm a 32 DD and ordered a medium.The ties to go around the back are very long on me but I knew I couldn't go smaller because I need a large cup size.Overall appearance is exactly as pictured but the keyhole does stretch with the weight of my breasts so it was a little shocking to see so much skin ?Would recommend for anyone searching for a very sexy top.Negs: The cups that come in this are not sewn in and are very tiny so they don't cover my entire boob giving an odd shape. My breasts are fairly wide set and this top helped push them together. I can loosen and tighten the top for the amount of cleavage I want. It doesn't feel like it's going to ride up. Boyfriend enthusiastically approved. Definitely get this top if you have a nice toned shoulder area and want to show it off!!!I love this top. Fits very nicely and it is very comfortable. The inserts are quite stiff, which is nice as they shape the fabric.The bottom lifts a bit, which isn't an issue wince i have small breasts. I can see it being more challenging for larger breasts. It also gives very little support, it mostly just covers, but this is exactly what i needed.My wife is 34DD and she would have preferred a slightly larger pad. I bought her the large and it does provide decent coverage and support. She pinches out very slightly to the outside. Personally, I think it fits her well and is the right size and provides full coverage.I ordered a XXL and it was too small. Fit like a large it didn’t cover anything and was not built for someone with a larger chest. (Bigger than a DD)Love it!! Better then I thought it would be, probably my new number 1 bikini top. I'm a 36B and a medium fits amazing. Considering getting another color.
